Artificial Intelligence (AI) is revolutionizing the world, and we want to create an opportunity for the Kong community to experiment with AI specifically around APIs. Teams and individuals from Kong’s community will earn prizes and recognition by competing in this month-long virtual Hackathon. Innovate on AI applications applied to business, technical, and operational processes by adding new features to existing projects, or start from scratch.

Rules

All contributions are subject to approval and must be made between

AUG 28 - SEPT 27, 2023 I 5:00 PM PDT

You are not required to attend API Summit in order for your submission to be considered.

Prizes

All approved contributions will receive a digital 2023 API Summit Hackathon participant badge

The top 5 contributions will be awarded additional prizes!

  • The overall winner will take home a $500 gift card.
  • $250 gift cards will be awarded to 2nd-5th place submissions.

For each contribution made, Kong will donate $20 to the Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund
