Kong CE 0.11.1 & 0.10.4 released

Today, we are for the first time announcing not one, but two new releases: Kong CE 0.11.1, and Kong CE 0.10.4.

Important usability fixes were made to our 0.11 mainline, improving support for various areas such as DNS resolution, client requests matching and routing, and the Admin API. Additionally, a few new features landed in some of our built-in plugins!

As part of our constant effort to support our users and the community, we decided to back-port some of the fixes included in both 0.11.0 and 0.11.1 into our older, 0.10 family. We hope that 0.10.4 will benefit users who haven’t received the benefits of a 0.11 upgrade yet.

Download and try now Kong CE 0.11.1 or Kong CE 0.10.4.

  • Dropping of the lua_code_cache property (this property is considered harmful since 0.11.0)

    • aws-lambda: added support to forward the client request’s HTTP method, headers, URI, and body to the Lambda function
