It's official! For the second year in a row, Kong has been certified as a Great Place to Work®! We are thrilled to share that 94% of our employees say that Kong is a great place to work - 35% higher than the average U.S.-based company.
This award is not only a true testament to the inclusive culture we've been focused on building here at Kong, but it is also a very gratifying acknowledgement because the vetting process is based entirely on anonymous feedback shared by employees about their experiences working at Kong, including feedback on Kong's leadership, business practices, culture and workplace environment.
