This award is not only a true testament to the inclusive culture we've been focused on building here at Kong, but it is also a very gratifying acknowledgement because the vetting process is based entirely on anonymous feedback shared by employees about their experiences working at Kong, including feedback on Kong's leadership, business practices, culture and workplace environment.

So, after almost doubling in headcount size this past year, we were humbled to see that according to the survey results, 100% of Kongers felt welcomed when they joined the company, 99% believe they can count on their colleagues, and 98% feel proud to tell others they work at Kong.
