# How Tel Aviv Stock Exchange Built AI-Ready, Monetizable Data Products
This talk explains how the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange reframed itself from a trading venue into a producer of valuable market data and built a platform to turn that data into governed, monetizable products. Kobi Avnon describes how TASE organized data from trades and quotes, company filings, corporate actions, and reference data, then designed a customer journey around discovery, subscription, onboarding, consumption, and monitoring. Because TASE is highly regulated and keeps core data on premises, it chose Kong Connect for a hybrid architecture that combines cloud-based governance with on-prem data planes, strong security, and monetization capabilities. As global participation grew after the exchange moved its trading week to Monday through Friday, demand for data also expanded beyond human users and applications to AI agents. The main lesson is that AI readiness depends on trusted, discoverable, governed, understandable, and auditable data products, supported by strong ownership, metadata, and security.
