The target availability for Kong Konnect is 99.9% per calendar month (based on minutes of availability/total minutes per month (“Konnect Cloud Service Level”). For more details, please see our Support and Maintenance Policy.
We currently support credit card transactions for Konnect Plus plan customers in US dollars only. Konnect Enterprise plan customers may pay via invoice/PO.
Monthly invoices are calculated at the end of every calendar month and due at the beginning of the next calendar month. Resource based usage metrics such as Control Planes, Portals, Published APIs are metered hourly and prorated based on amount of usage every month. The monthly prices indicated in the rate card are calculated based on an average of 730 hours per calendar month and 8760 hours per year.
If you’re a Konnect Enterprise plan customer, please contact sales to make changes to your account. If you’re a current Konnect Plus plan customer and would like to move to the Enterprise plan, you may do so by contacting sales. If you would like to cancel your Konnect Plus plan, you may do so on your Account page.
Plans are billed on a calendar month basis in arrears. You will be charged for the previous month at the start of the following month. The duration of Enterprise subscriptions is set out in the individual Order Form for the subscription.

If you exceed monthly resource limits on Plus, you’ll receive email and in-app notifications prompting you to reduce usage or upgrade. Advanced features like SSO and Audit Logs are only available with Enterprise, so if you need them — or consistently exceed usage limits — we recommend upgrading to Konnect Enterprise, which offers higher availability and enhanced support. If you would like to move to the Enterprise plan, you may do so by contacting sales.
