2023 API Impact Report

Participate in our 2023 API Impact Report for a chance to win an Amazon Gift Card. Terms and Conditions are as follows:


Ways to Enter:

2 people will be selected by random number generator selection from each of the following entry methods, for a total of 8 winners, each eligible for a $20 or $50 USD Amazon Gift Card. First number selected for each of the four methods will receive a $50 USD Amazon Gift Card; Second number selected for each of the four methods will receive a $20 USD Amazon Gift Card.

  1. Participate in polling on our Kong LinkedIn channel. Polls will be published bi-weekly from 1/9/2023 – 2/6/2023.
  2. Answer and submit results through our public survey shared across Kong’s Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook and Mastodon channels. Survey results are anonymous, so please keep an eye out for our following feedback survey across social channels so we can make identifiable survey selection. Your API Impact Report answers will remain anonymous and cannot be tied to your feedback survey results.
  3. Answer and submit results through our Customer survey, shared directly with customers. Survey results are anonymous, so please reply to our confirmation and feedback emails so we can make identifiable survey selection. Your API Impact Report answers will remain anonymous and cannot be tied to your feedback survey results.
  4. Answer and submit results through our Developer Community survey, shared directly with dev community and #KongChampions. Survey results are anonymous, so please reply to our confirmation and feedback emails so we can make identifiable survey selection. Your API Impact Report answers will remain anonymous and cannot be tied to your feedback survey results.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win, and purchase will not affect your odds of winning. 1 entry per person but there is no limit to the number of entries per company. Incomplete survey results will not be counted. All valid entries registered or received by Kong (the "Sponsor") between January 9, 2023 and Midnight February 6, 2023 PST. ("Entry Deadline") will be eligible. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for late, lost, damaged, misidentified or misdirected entries.

 

Eligibility. This is a trade promotion sweepstakes. Eligibility is limited to persons at least eighteen (18) years of age and who are legal residents of the United States or its territories and possessions and other countries in which the Sponsor is permitted to do business. The giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Employees (and their immediate families and household members) of the Sponsor, its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible.

Prizes. Prizes consist of 4 $20 USD Amazon gift cards and 4 $50 USD Amazon gift cards.

Giveaway prizes available for each method of entry only while supplies last. In each case, Sponsor may substitute a prize of comparable value. Prizes may be reported to the Internal Revenue Service as income to the winner. All taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Conditions of Participation. Participants agree to be bound by these rules and all decisions of the Sponsor’s sweepstakes judges, whose decisions will be final. Prizes must be claimed by April 30, 2023 or will be forfeited. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.  Sponsor shall not be responsible for registration errors or for lost, late or misdirected mail (including e-mail), or telecommunication or computer hardware or software failures. If, for any reason, the fairness or integrity of the sweepstakes becomes compromised, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate or modify the sweepstakes, and to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or the administration of the sweepstakes.

Prize Notification and Publicity Permission. The Prize winners will be selected through a random selection process by Midnight on February 13, 2023. Winners will be notified through e-mail and/or social media, wherever contact details and communication is available, by Midnight February 17, 2023. Prizes only available while supplies last. Sponsor makes no warranties with regard to the Prizes. The Prizes are not transferable and the winner has no right of substitution (in cash or otherwise). Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in its sole discretion. Acceptance of a prize constitutes winner’s permission for the Sponsor to use winner’s name, photograph, likeness, voice, biographical and professional information and statements for advertising or publicity purposes, worldwide, and in all forms of media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without further compensation.
