# Kong Sub-processors

The following are Kong’s sub-processors of Customer personal data on behalf of Kong customers.

**Third Party Sub-Processors**

* Includes Konnect Control Plane for Dedicated Cloud Gateways. Hosting region selected by the Customer. Refer to Documentation for current hosting options. Identity management and authentication to the Kong Konnect platform is hosted in the United States.

** Hosting region for data planes selected by the Customer. Refer to Documentation for current hosting options.

*** Hosting region for Kong Insomnia identity management and authentication, and optional hosting of project data, is the United States.

**Kong Affiliates**

Kong may engage one or more of our Affiliates to provide engineering and technical support and perform other service functions, and these Affiliates may process Customer personal data in the course of providing these services:

(1) The following additional jurisdictions via payroll registrations, representative offices or employers of record: Germany, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden.
